I don't know how many of you watch the reality shows on tv but I am one that passes most of them up except for some cooking shows and real life crime dramas.  When it comes to the crime dramas, I  just want to see how they solved some of the crimes.  I love trying new recipes so I do watch the cooking shows.

I find ones like Big Brother and Jersey Shore totally boring and obnoxious.  I feel they often show humans at their worst.  They have no sense of morals or values of any kind it seems.  No wonder so many people think they have the right to say and act how they want, regardless of how it affects others.  These people are rude and arrogant and they do it all in the name of reality.

And how about those 'real' housewives of Orange County, New York, or Atlanta?  How real are they with all their botox injections and million dollar homes?  How many of us live like that?  They are nasty, back biters who are just as rude as their Jersey Shore counter parts.  How can we sit and watch such crap?  Do we really act that way in our 'real' world?  If we do, then I think we are all in a sad place.

'These women seem vain and arrogant.  Too wrapped up in their own lives to worry about how this public display of rotten behavior affects their families.  Especially their children who have to face their friends and such each day after mommy has been on a rant or a drunken binge on t. v.

Really, how 'real' are these people?  Do you know anyone like them?:  I don't.

  1. Got me: don't watch any of the ones you mentioned. I guess I'm not missing much. :)

  2. I don't watch them either. However I do find them funny in the respect that I'd like to see how they would react when faced with an actual, real problem. If I had all of the money in the world I wouldn't want to dress or act like that!
    Love Di ♥

  3. I am not a reality show watcher except for American Idol......Several years ago when they began I didn't enjoy them so never bothered, not sure what they are like now........:-) Hugs
